摘要
探讨了十一烯酸钠及体系pH对聚合反应的影响,[NaUA]=5.70×10^(-3)mol/l, pH=10~12为较合适的反应条件,根据Arrhenius作图法求出聚合反应的表现活化能(Fa),在KPS氧化作用下,-COO^-分解产生了自由基,低浓度下的NaUA对KPS的热分解有催化作用,从而促进了聚合反应的进行;由于NaUA参与了单体的共聚合键连于胶乳粒上,因此具有更高的乳化效率;并利用TEM讨论了不同乳化体系的胶乳粒径,粒子形态及分布。
The influence of sodium undecylenate and pH on polymerization were studied. It was found that when [NaUA] =5. 70×10-3M,pH = 10-12,the reaction condition is more suitable. According to Arrhenius' s charting method,the activation energy of polymerization (Ea) was found.was decomposed to produce free radical under the oxidation of KPS. NaUA under lower-concentration had catalysis to hot decompose of KPS,then polymerization was promoted. After having participated monomer co-polymerization. NaUA bonded emulsion particle. Thus,it has higher efficiency of emulsion. After the use of TEM,the diameter' shape and distribution of particle were measured.
