一种简易肛肠肿瘤计量细胞学电脑诊断技术

A SIMPLE COMPUTER TECHNIQUE OF QUANTITATIVE CYTODIAGNOSIS IN COLO-PROCTOLOGIC DISEASES

作者报道肛肠细胞的测量学和形态学计量学电脑诊断技术。首先,对68例训练样本通过目镜测微尺测出核与细胞的长轴和短轴根据几何公式算出15个数据,输入逐步判别分析程序筛选出7个指标进行细胞测量学诊断回顾性内检,得出判别函数,先验概率,判别矩阵,决策矩阵和综合评价。其次,对114例新样本进行前瞻性外检并综合评价。说明本肛肠细胞的计量学电脑诊断技术是简易可行的。

A computer technique of quantitative cytodiagnosis (meterical and morphometric cytology) in colo-proctologic diseases was reported in this paper. Firstly, a group of training samples of 68 cases was measured through eyepiece micrometer. According to long and short axle of nucleus and cytoplasm, 15 indexes could be calculated by geometric formula. After inputting 15 data into stepwise discriminant analysis program and running them, 7 indexes and their discriminant functions were screened, and then prior probability, discriminant matrix, decision matrix and critical evaluation were established in the retrospective study. As a result, sensitivity, specificity, overall diagnostic accuracy and predictive value of positive and negative result were 100% at all. False—negative and false—positive rate and total error rate were 0. Prevalence rate was 55.88%. The results were similar to cytomorphologic diagnosis. Secondly, a group of new samples of 114 cases was out—tested in the prospective study. The results of critical evaluation were sensitivity 100%, specificity 96.88%, false—negative rate 3.12%, false—positive rate 0, overall diagnostic accuracy 98.25%, total error rate 1.75%, predictive value of positive result 100%, predictive value of negative result 96.15% and prevalence rate 56.14%, respectively. All of the results indicated, that the computer technique of quantitative cytodiagnosis in colo—proctologic diseases is simple and feasible.
