摘要
本文研究了金属纤维增强铝合金复合材料中纤维同基体间的界面相互作用规律.试验结果表明,金属纤维同液相铝合金基体的作用温度愈高,作用时间愈长,则界面内层(扩散层)的柱状晶Fe_2Al_5愈发达,含有以颗粒、团块、层状形态存在的FeAl_3(Sn)金属间化合物的界面外层(凝固层)将逐渐减薄或消失;固相加热保温时,界面内层Fe_2Al_5生长规律为X=X_0+2.0559×10~6·exp(-6.378×10~4/RT·t^(12)(μm).
The interfacial interaction laws between fibre and matrix in aluminum alloy composite reinforced with metal fibre have been studied. The experimental results are as follows:The higher the interaction temperature of the liquid aluminium alloy matrix with the metal fibre and the longer the interaction time, the more greatly the inner interfacial layer(Fe_2Al_5 Diffusion layer) grows, the outer interfacial layer (Solidification layer)with FeAl_3 (Sn) compounds in the form of partice, block and lamella will become thinner or disappeared.When the composite is heated and heat-preserved in solid state, the growth law of the inner layer (Fe_2Al_5) will be X=X_ +2.055 9×10~6exp(-6. 378× 10~4/RT)×t^(1/2)(μm).
