1Cr-1/2 Mo钢堆焊奥氏体不锈钢时溶合区韧性与氢致剥离行为的研究

摘要 本文采用插销试验、三支点弯曲试验和电解充氢裂纹试验法对1Cr-1/2Mo钢堆焊奥309、奥347不锈钢焊条焊接接头熔合区的韧性及氢致剥离行为的研究结果表明,回火参数不同,其韧性不同.640℃,5h回火熔合区韧性最好.熔合区中的固溶氢含量,导致韧性下降.熔合区的剥离裂纹与焊后热处理制度有关.熔合区含氢量相同时,在焊后不进行热处理和热处理参数较小时不产生剥离裂纹;热处理参数增大,剥离裂纹率逐渐上升,在750℃时达到最大值,回火温度超过850℃时。 The toughness and the hydrogen-induced disbonding of the overlaying joint bond for lCr-l/2Mo steel with 309 steel and 347 steel are investigated by implant test three-point bend test and electrolytic hydrogen charging test. The results show that the toughness will change with the changing of temper parameter. The toughness will be best when the heat treatment is 640℃×5h. The toughness will decrease because of the existence of hydrogen in the fusion zone. The disbonding cracking of the fusion zone depends on the heat treatment after welding. Under the same hydrogen content condition. the disbonding cracking will not appear when the heat treatment is not carry out after welding or the heat treatment parameter is lower. with increasing of temper parameter, the disbonding cracking ratio increases; and it is the highest at 750℃ heat treatment; when the temperature exceeds 850℃, the disbonding cracking will not occur.
