摘要
圆锥阀阀口液流产生的稳态液动力(轴向力)直接影响着阀的工作状态,并进而影响液压系统.本文用流体力学的边界层理论,对锥阀阀口在层流和紊流状态的压力分布进行了分析,给出了轴向力的理论公式.试验对比表明,锥角为40°~90°时,计算数据和试验数据相近.
The steady-state hydraulic force(axial force),produced from fluid flow in the port of conical valve, affects directly working state of the valve and then affects hydraulic system controlled by the conical valve.Ana- lyses the pressure distribution at the port of conical valve when the fluid flow of the valve port is laminar and turbulent.Then the theoretical formula of axial force is obtained with the theory of boundary layer.The exper- iments indicate that the analytical data and experimental data are close to each other when cone angle is be- tween 40°and 90°.It is clear that the credible result can be got with this theoretical formula.
