摘要
本文在建立轴箱拉杆钢-橡胶模型并对其进行力学分析的基础上,充分考虑其结构特点及钢与橡胶的高刚度比,根据刚体位移原理,提出了简化的刚体-橡胶模型,实算结果表明,后者的计算结果具有较好的精度,而且在数据处理、计算规模及计算机存贮和计算速度方面,都获得了量级上的效益。
Based on establishing the steel-rubber(S-R) model for the axle box's linking rod of truck, consider- ing its structural features and the fact of high stiffness ratio between the steel and rubber, provides a simplified rigid body-rubber(R-R) model by means of the principle of rigid body displacement. The computing results with R-R model show that it has a better precision, and the benifit in quantity-grade is gained on data treat- ment, computer storage and computing time.
