摘要
本文讨论了推广滴注式渗碳碳势控制的意义,指出了实现这一控制的两个关键:气氛的可控性及合适的控制仪器。以充分的试验数据说明了CH_3OH-CH_3COCH_3气氛及氧探头-氧势仪是较佳的选择,并提出了在热处理生产中加以运用的简捷方法。
Discusses the significance of spreading the carbon-potential control of drop-type carburation,points out two ways of realizing this control:atmosphere controllability and suitable control instrument.For the use of full experimental data,explains that the atmosphere of CH_3OH-CH_3COCH_3 and the oxygen probe-oxygen po- tential instrument are better selection,and proposes the easy method operated in heat treatment.
