摘要
本文研究了CadionAP与Hg(Ⅱ)显色反应的最佳条件。试验表明,在TritonX—100存在下及pH为10.8至12.0时,Hg(Ⅱ)与试剂形成橙红色配合物,其组成为1:2,最大吸收峰位于523nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.6×10_~~51·(mol·cm)^(-2),汞在0—20μg/25ml的范围内符合比耳定律。 以氟担体——双硫腙反相层析柱分离干扰元素,成功地测定了地面水中的汞。对样品的10次平行测定表明,结果的变异系数为4.3%,标准加入回收率为96—106%。
In this paper the optimum condition of the colour reaction on mercury with new reagent-antipyriny Idiazoarninoazobenzene (Cadion AP )-has been studied, la the Presence of TritonX-100 Hg(11)with Cadion AP was able to form an 6range-red complex with a ratio 1:2 which has an absorption maxi-mum at 523nm at pH = l0. 8-12. 0. The molar absorptivity is 1. 6×105 1 * ( mol * cm)-1. Beers law is obeyed for Hg ( 11 ) in the range of 0-20 μg/25ml.Some interferential elements was separated by the reversed Phase chromalog-raphy with a column of the support 701-dithizone and Hg ( 11 ) in natural water was determinated successfully. In 10 times measurements for the sample, its coefficient of variation is less than 4, 3% and the percentage of recovery for the added standard mercury reachs 96-106%.
