摘要
将健康人外周血淋巴细胞于体外培养,观察在不同强度和方式的高温条件下,淋巴细胞热应激蛋白(Heat Shock Proteins,HSP)合成和细胞热损伤情况。结果表明,高温可诱导淋巴细胞迅速合成HSP;预热(39℃)可增强淋巴细胞HSP合成反应、提高细胞膜过氧化脂质和胞内K^+、Na^+、Ca^(2+)含量的稳定性、减轻高温对细胞亚微结构的损伤、提高淋巴细胞在高温下的存活率。
Exposing lymphocytes to elevated temperature (379℃-45℃) in vitro,we tested the dynamic state of heat shock proteins (HSP) synthesis and cellular injuries caused by heat.The results show that a set of new peptides is rapidly synthesized in lymphocytes at all elevated temperatures,especially HSP 70 and HSP 90,and the response of HSP synthesis is amplified by pretreating lymphocytes with 39℃.Exposing lymphocytes to heat caused the increase of lipid peroxidation content of membrane,leakage of K+,the increase of intracellular Na+ and Ca2+ concentration and ultrastructural injuries.Pretreatment with 39℃ can prevent lymphocytes from being damaged by heat and improve cellular survival ability.
