二羟基乙二肟致畸作用的实验研究

摘要 本文报道了二羟基乙二肟(DHG)的致畸作用,并初步探讨了致畸作用机理。结果表明,DHG1250mg/kg对母体和胚胎有毒作用,可引起孕鼠体重减轻、流产、胚胎死亡及活胎生长发育迟缓。畸胎率417mg/kg组为13.64%,1250mg/kg组为43.75%,引起下颌短缺、腭裂等,其致畸指数为12,属弱致畸物。 The teratogenicity of dihyroxyglyxime (DHG) was reported and it's mechanism was analyzed tentatively.At the dose of 417 mg/kg,significant toxic effects and malformation to dams and fetus were,observed,including decrease in body weight gain of pregnant rats,abortion,premature death,fetal aplasia,with rate of teratogeny 13.64 %-in 417 mg/kg exposure group and rate of teratogeny 43.75 % in.1 25'0 mg/kg group,including palatine cleft,abnormal mondibular and other malformations.The teratogenicity index was 12,indicating that DHG is a weak teratogen.The above findings suggest that teratogenic mechanism may be related to cell division inhibition.
