摘要
本文从人类工效学的观点来研究服装流水作业工人生理负荷影响,对162名缝纫女工进行了检查,并作人体测量与询问调查。结果表明,11.4%的工人在工作后体温有所增高(37.5℃以上),而腿与脚皮温则较工作前降低2.9℃和2.8℃(P<0.01)。所使用的工作台、椅均高于我国女工人体尺寸所需。通过生物力学计算表明,工作椅、台高度,工作精细程度,照度,工人视力等都会影响腰骶部所承受的压力与张力。
The physiological effects of assembly lines on clothes-making workers were investigated from the point of view of ergonomics.162 female sewing workers were examined and investigated by anthropometry and questi-onaire.The results showed that body temperature increased (11.4%),while skin temperature on legs and feet decreased (2.9℃and 2.8℃ respectively) after work.The workstools and workbenches were too high for the female Chinese workers.Biomechanic calculation indicated that workstool,workbenches,fineness of work,illumination and worker's vision could affect tension on lumbar muscles
