摘要
本文研究了肺泡气中甲苯的测定方法(包括采样和分析),线性范围2.5~320.0mg/m^3,精密度良好(变异系数在各点均小于2.0%),方法的最低检测下限0.5mg/m^3(1.0ng),其平均绝对和相对加标回收率分别为98.6%和97.8%,采样后4h时,甲苯浓度相当于初始浓度80.6%~90.0%,应用提出的两回归方程,可对不同浓度放置不同时间浓度下降进行估计,提高数据的准确性。
The study of gas chromatographic method for measurement of alveolar air toluene shows,linear range 2.5-320.0mg/m3,CV(coefficient of variation) less than 2.0%,detection limit 0.5mg/m3(1.0ng),and average rate of recovery 97%-98%.The toluene concentration decreases about 10%-20% in 4 hours of samples storage.With the regressional equation established,we can estimate decrease of toluene concentration during the time of storage with different primary concentrations.
