摘要
SOS显色反应检测法是一种新的遗传毒物细菌检测系统,选用它对杀鼠剂除鼠磷(206),二羟基乙二肟(DHG),异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、铁矿尘及农药双效灵进行检测。206、DHG、IPDI、铁矿尘诱导比率(R)为0.90~1.67,<2,未达到阳性标准,说明它们在本实验条件下没有明显诱变活性,而双效灵R值为4.35(剂量为0.26~26mg/ml),提示其具有诱导TA1535/PSK1002菌株的致突变活性。
Five chemicals were investigated with SOS chromotest,a newly developed bacterial system for genotoxic agent screening.With all the ratio of induced mutation (R) below positive criterion value of 2.0,DHG,IPDI,206,ferrous dust showed no mutation activity,while Shunxiaolin ( a pesticide) induced mutation on TA 1535/pskl002 bacteria with a R value of 4.35,
