摘要
本文分析了单电极直流埋弧电炉的基本特性,说明了单电极直流埋弧电炉冶炼75硅铁的操作情况。操作结果表明,单电极直流埋弧电炉具有电弧稳定、坩埚区温度较高、并对原料具有较强的适应能力等优点。
In this paper, the basic characteristics of a single electrode DC submerged-arc furnace have been analysed, the operation for smelting Fe-Si7S with the furnace has been described. The results show that the single electrode DC submerged-arc furnace has it's advantages: greater arc stability, higher temperature in crucible area, higher flexibility regarding the choice of raw materials etc.
