含铌可成型冷轧薄板钢的研究

摘要 对以0.05C-0.20Mn-0.08P为基本成分的冷轧薄板钢,研究了微量Nb在钢中的行为。结果表明,微量Nb推迟钢的再结晶,提高钢的强度。在批量退火状态下,显著细化晶粒,增强{100}织构,引起r_m值的降低。Nb还对钢中碳化物析出行为有一定影响。 The behavior of Nb in cold-rolled sheet sheels with base composition of 0.05C-0.20Mn-0.08P was investigated. The results indicated: Nb addition retarted the recrystallization of the steels and increased their strength. For BA steels, the grain size decreased markedly and {100} texture increased with the increase in Nb content, resulting in the decreased rm values. In addition, Nb addition changed the precipitation behavior of carbide in steels.
