樟子松种内的地理变异以及最佳种源的初步选择 被引量:8

摘要 本文对凉水自然保护区8a生樟子松种源试验结果进行了全面总结。主要内容有:(1)研究了樟子松生长性状的地理变异规律,即呈现以纬向负向渐变之趋势,且具有明显的气候特征;经向变异是随机的;(2)形态、适应性、抗性等特征无明显差异;(3)在生长特性地理变异的基础上将樟子松10个采种点归并成2个地理种群和2个亚群,即大兴安岭北部种群(编号Ⅰ)和大兴安岭东南部与小兴安岭种群(编号Ⅱ),后者又分为红花尔基(Ⅱ—1)和卡伦山(Ⅱ—2)两个亚群;(4)以所划种群和亚群为单位进行年高生长节律分析;(5)以8D_(1·3)和8H的差异显著性测验结果为凉水自然保护区及毗邻地区初步选择了最佳种源(卡伦山),并以3、5、7、8a生树高生长的秩次相关分析进行了种源早期选择可能性验证。 This paper summarizes the result from the provenance test of eight year old pinus sylvestris Var. mongolica in Liangshui Natural Reserve comprehensively. The main contents include: (1) to study the geographic variation of the growth characters of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica it tends to negative change gradually at latitude and has obvious climatic nature, (2)no significant difference in the morphological adaptability and resistant characteristics and so on; (3) on the basis of the geographic variation study in the growth characteristics, the provenances of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica were classified into two geographic population and two subpopulations as follows: The northern population of the Great xingan M. (Ⅰ) and the southern population of the Great Xingan M. as well as the lesser Xingan M. (Ⅱ), which includes Honghuarji subpopulation(Ⅱ-1)and Kalunshan subpopulation(Ⅱ-2)(4) to carry out the height growth process analysis regarding the divided population and subpopulation as unit; (5) to select the best provenance for the Liangshui Natural Reserve and its neighbourhood, according to the results from SSR test of the growth characteristics (the breast height in diameter and height of eight year old trees), and also to verity the possibility of the early provenance selection by using the method of order correlation analysis to the height growth of three, five, seven and eight year old provenances.
