摘要
本文通过对杨树子房在离体培养条件下的生长情况和内部发育状态的观察,从而对附加二种蔗糖浓度、二组激素的MS和BN培养基所形成的8种培养基组合进行了筛选。同时在接种的子房上采用去掉花盘的处理,结果对促进子房开裂效果很好。对所获植株进行了根尖染色体数量检查,在所检查的10株苗中,8株为二倍体、2株为混倍体。据混倍体植株不同染色体数量细胞的分布和比例,认为所获植株来源于配子体性细胞。
Through observing the growth and internal development, of the ovaries in vitro, 8 medium formulations of MS and BN With 2 different concentrations of' sucrose and 2 groups of hormone were screened. Meanwhile, The chromosome number examination was carried out on the root tip cells of the plantlets obtained from the ovaries culture. Among the ten plantlets examined, eight were diploid, two were mixoloid. According to the distribution and rate of cells of the different chromosome number,it was considered that the mixoloid plantlets originated from the sex cells of the gametophytes.
