The wild ginseng was cultivated under the crown successfully. The cultivation of wild ginseng in the forest had the advantages of low cost, low investment and high commercial value. The method also can save labor because cultivation management and delicately ploughing are not needed. Furthermore, the ecological balance is not disturbed because it is unnecessary to fell trees for the cultivation. Therefore, the method is singnificant and valuble.
