摘要
采用三维冻结光弹实验方法,分析了平面二次包络环面蜗轮轮齿受力与啮合齿间载荷分配;用三维有限元法计算了轮齿应力,并与光弹实验结果比较,误差小于15％。
The load borne on each tooth in meshing for the worm - gear and the sharing of loads among teeth are analyzed . Based on the three- dimensional frozen photoelastic models for stress analysis , the gear tooth stresses of the double enveloping worm-gear are calculated using three dimensional finite - element method (FEM). The calculated results differ from the experimental results by less than 15% .
