阀口高速流区伯努利效应分析及其应用

摘要 阀口高速流区伯努利效应,是指液压阀在工作时阀口附近区域油液流动特性文中从理论和试验两方面探讨了上述效应的有关规律,得到了有关压力函数曲线和计算公式。并通过应用阀口高速流区伯努利效应反馈技术改善单级溢流阀静态特性这一实例证明了它的实用价值。 Bernoulli' s effect at the high - speed region near the valve orifice stands for the flow condition near the orifice when a hydraulic valve is in the working condition . The effect is studied theoretically and experimentally in the paper and a series of pressure distribution curves and a formula for the calculation of pressure difference between the two regions are obtained . It is pointed out that the applications of the effect to hydraulic elements for the improvement of their characteristics are possible and utilizable . This is proved in the case of application in which we designed a new - type of single - stage pressure relief valve applying feed -back of Bernoulli's effect near the valve orifice . The static performence of the valve was seen to be considerablly improved .
