摘要
BZ34-2/4油田生产储油船由中国国际海洋石油工程公司(COIC)和沪东造船厂(HD)联合承包建造。该船于1988年3月31日签订合同,1988年8月25日开工,1990年4月5日在BZ34-2/4油田交船,1990年6月15日正式出油试生产。一、合同谈判与签约 1987年初,BZ34-2/4油田生产储油船工程项目立项。
This paper discussed the subject under two heads. The one concerns with contract negotiation and signing, and the division of interface; the other involves the project management, including the establishment of management organization and procedures, construction design, coordination of technical matters, materials procurement control, change in work, coordination between the contractors and the owner, management and maintenance before and after delivery.
