Quality Assurance System for Constructing FPSU of BZ28-1 Oil Field

BZ28-1油田52000 dwt浮式生产储油装置(FPSU)是我国自行设计、自行建造的第一艘海洋工程船舶,它是一个海上石油处理及储存工厂,也是BZ28-1油田的心脏部份。配有3300V高压配电系统、原油多级分离、油介质加热系统以及具有自动控制和监督与油田营运有关的所有生产活动的多种设备及仪器、仪表等。因此,它是一艘技术复杂。

The 52,000 dwt floating production storage unit (FPSU) of BZ28-1 Oil Field designed and constructed by China itself is a technically sophisticated and hard-to-build offshore work ship. Our shipyards in general are inexperienced in quality assurance for such ships. This paper describes how the builder achieved the required quality by using the existing QA system of the Yard and the experience gained in the course of construction. More than a year's successful and smooth operation of the FPSU demonstrates its unique and excellent quality.
