一例22q和11q部分三体患者家系的高分辨染色体研究 被引量：1

摘要 本文采用染色体高分辨技术完成了一例核型为47,XY,+der(22),t(11;22)(22pter→22q11.2∶∶11q23.3→11qter)患者及其家系的细胞遗传学研究。其母亲核型为46,XX,t(11;22)(q23.3;q11.2)的平衡易位携带者。并通过对患者母亲第二次妊娠胎儿羊水细胞的染色体分析确认胎儿核型为46,XX,t(11;22)(q23;q11)mat,即为一个表型正常的携带者,并经出生后证实。
