摘要
本文采用成熟节片短期培养,空气干燥法制片,首次分析了短膜壳绦虫的染色体组型。短膜壳绦虫染色体数目为2n=12,染色体组型由2对中部着丝粒染色体,1对亚中部着丝粒染色体,3对端部着丝粒染色体组成。
After a short time cultivation of the adult proglottids of H. nana slides were prepared by air desiccation. The karyotype of H. nana was then analysed . It is found that the diploid chromosome from gonocyte cell of adult warm is 2n=12. The karyotype consists of 2 pairs of metacentrics, 1 pair of submetacentrics and 3 pairs of telocentrics. As we know the analysis of karyotype of H. nana is reported for the first time in our conutry.
