羧甲基淀粉的H/Na比值对片剂崩解的影响及崩解机理初探

摘要 本文叙述了羧甲基淀粉(Carboxymethyl starch;CMS)中H/Na比值的改变对崩解剂CMS的吸水溶胀性能和崩解性能的影响。只有当H/Na的比值为一定值时,CMS才具有最佳的吸水溶胀性能和崩解性能。并在此基础上初步探讨CMS的崩解机理。 The effect of the change of H/Na ratio in disintegrator Carboxymethyl Starch (CMS) on its functions such as of water-absorbing, swelling and disintegrating had been described in this article. It was known that only when the H/Na ratio of CMS attained to a certain value it would possess the optimum functions mentioned above. On the basis of this study the mechanism of disintegration of CMS had also been discussed.
