摘要
测定了广东或地区四种主要传病蚊媒对pp′—DDT及拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的敏感度(LC_50或LT_50,并用机值分析法分别术出它们的回归方程。结果显示广东地区除台山的微小按蚊情况特殊外,其余的三种蚊媒对PIH—DDT已普遍产生抗性,但对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂仍然十分敏感,它们之间未发生交互抗性。对测定结果进行了简要的讨论。
Sensitivities(LC_50 and LT_50)of mosquito vectors(Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, Aedes albopictus, Anopheles minimus and Anopheles sinensis)to pyrethroid insecticides and pp'—DDT were determined. Analysis was also used to get the regression. Results showed that besides the A.minimus in the Taishan county, the other three mosquito vetors were resistant to pp'—DDT, but they were still sensitive to pyrethroid insecticides, no cross resistance were found. Comments on the results were given briefly.
