SPA协同凝集法检测腹泻病人空肠弯曲菌病原的研究

SPA Coagglutination: A Rapid Diagn os tic method for Campylobac(?)r Jejun(?) Commom Antigen in Diarrhea Patie(?)s

本文报道以任一株空肠弯曲菌的酸提取共同抗原免疫制备的抗血清标记SPA后,用协同凝集试验检测腹泻病人粪便78份,与常规分离培养结果,两者均为阳性12份,均阴性55份,总符合率85.9％;与常规分离培养的不同部份,经统计学处理,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。本法具简便、快速、经济、有效的优点,对临床实验诊断具有一定价值。

SPA was labelled by antiserum of Campylobacter jejuni common antigen (extraction with glycine buffer pH 2.2). 78 fecal specimens of diarrhea patients were examined by SPA coagglutination method and routine culture method, with both 12 specimens showed the same positive and 55 specimens showed the same negative results. The total coincidental rate is 85.9%. The rest 11 specimens gave different results(P>0.05).Easy to handle, rapidity, lower cost and efficiency are the good points of this method. It may be valuable for clinical laboratory diagnosis.
