黄芪缩小大鼠大脑中动脉阻断后的脑梗塞体积 被引量:5

Radix astragali reduces brain infarction following middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats

摘要 电凝大鼠左大脑中动脉产生局灶脑梗塞保护组和治疗组分别自术前1日和术后每日腹腔 腹腔注射黄芪针剂2ml(相当生药4g)。相应对照组同法注射等量生理盐水。保护组的平均脑梗塞体积与平均脑梗塞占前脑体积百分率都显著小于相应对照组。治疗组的这两个数值也小于其对照组,但差异无显著性意义。 Radix astragali is a traditional Chinese herbaldrug.Recently it was found to be a potentialinhibitor of xanthine oxidase.Wistar rats weregiven a course of radix astragali starting eitheron the day before middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAo)or just at the ehd of operation.7 daysafter occlusion volumetric assessment of forebrain and infarcted tissue,was calculated.Mean strokevolume and mean infarction percentage of the wholeforebrain were significantly reduced(P(?)0.05)in the pretreatment group than nor mal salinegroup.The difference between the treatmentgroup and the control group was notsignificantchange.Our results were similar to the study ofthe effects of the administration of nimodipineon the histopathology of MCAO in the rat.
