国产可脱性球囊导管闭塞动脉治疗颅内动脉瘤

Use of detachable ba(?)oon occlusion for non-clippable cerebral aneurysms

本文报告了16例不可夹闭的颅内动脉瘤,采用国产球囊导管进行载瘤动脉近端闭塞术,效果良好。作者分析了手术适应症及手术要点。认为国产球囊导管用于治疗不可夹闭的颅内动脉瘤是可行的。

16cases of non-clippable gaint cerebral aneurysmswere treated by detachable balloon through pro-ximal artery occlusion.There were 12 aneurysmsof ICA aneurysms in cavernous sinus,3 of C_1 seg-ment of ICA,one of MCA.We believe that thetechnique of detachable balloon catheter is availlableto treat some cerebral aneurysms.The indicationand methods of non-clipped embolization arediscussed.
