麦田病虫害综合防治效益评估的初步研究

ON THE EVALUATION OF COMPREHENSIVE BENEFIT PRODUCED BY INTEGRATED PESTS MANAGEMENT OF WHEAT

在麦田病虫害综合治理中,防治技术的协调组装是麦田综防管理系统的对象。管理目标即三大效益的综合评估是综合防治方案评比、选优和决策的依据。建立一套科学合理、切实可行的评估体系是提高植保管理水平的关键。本文利用已建立的麦田综防管理系统综合效益评估体系,以北京市通县和山东省文登县为例,进行麦田综防管理系统的现状分析和多种技术方案的比较,为改进麦田植保工作,提高决策者管理水平和选择最佳方案提供科学依据。

Integration of control measures is the target of the manage- ment system of the integrate pests management of wheat.with the realiza- tion of satisfactory comprehensive benefit,including economical,.eco- logical,and social benefit,as the goal,comprehensive benefit evalua- tion should be the basis for the comparison,optimization,and decision of different plans of management.So,it is urgengtly needed to develop a scientific,rational,and feasible evaluation system of comprebensive benefit of IPM in order to improve the art of plant protection work. In this paper,a tentative system of comprehensive benefit evaluation was developed by means of hierarchy analysis process,factors of each level of hierarchy were set up,and weights of each factor were ealua- ted by a group of plant protection specialists,with Tongxian county, Beijing andWendeng County,Province Shandong as examples,this sys- tem was tried out to be used in the practical evaluation of the result of IPM of wheat,based on the marks given by specialists after overall survey in this two sites.Based on the results of evaluation,possible approaches to improve the management were suggested for this two counties.
