摘要
本文将近代数学统计方法应用于近红外光谱定量分析的研究。分析了NIRDRSA基础研究的必要性,应用方差分析对谷物样品近红外光谱各种条件测量结果进行统计分析,得到近红外光谱定量分析过程中光谱数据预处理的最佳方法;采用导数光谱及导数比预处理方法定量分析将有更好的分析结果。
In this paper,the modern mathematics statistics methods were applied to research NI- RDRS quantitative analysis.The necessity of the basic research for NIRDRSA was demonstrated. The statistics analysis results for NIRDRSA has been obtained employing the variance analysis.The best mathematics methods for NIRDRSA was discussed.In the quantitative analysis process for cereal samples,the better result maybe obtained by derivative spectra.
