摘要
本文提出了一个实用的无功补偿最优规划综合模型。该模型的目标函数计及了无功补偿费用和网络损耗费用,对电力系统在正常和故障时的调压要求、无功补偿点的优化选择以及不同年份要求不同补偿容量等均作了考虑。模型主要包括无功补偿优化和事故情况下调压措施优化两个非线性子模型,采用简约梯度法求解。应用本模型对电力系统作了计算,获得了满意的结果。
A Comprehensive practical model for optimal planning of reactive power compensation in electric power systems is proposed. The minimization of the total cost of compensation and energy loss in the system have been taken into account in the objective function of the model. The requirement on voltage requlation at the nodes in the electric power system under normal and fault operation conditions, the optimal selection of VAR compensated nodes and the different compensation requirements in different years have also been considered. Two submodels, one to be used to search for optimal capacity of reactive power compensation in compensated nodes and the other to be used in determining the reasonable reactive power allocation for voltage regulation under fault operation conditions are included. The two submodels are nonlinear and are to be solved by the reduced gradient method. The results of the application to experimental and actual systems shows that this model is feasible and satisfactory.
