水轮机主轴的有限元分析及优化设计

摘要 本文根据大型水轮机主轴的结构特点与载荷性质,利用周期性对称条件将其他为二维问题,并在用平面等参元作结构分析的基础上,依据复合形法进行了优化设计·本方法已被某大型水轮机设计所采用,且获得了节省原材料20%的效益· The problem is reduced to a two-dimensional one by making use of the periodical symmetrical conditions and taking into account the constructional features and load properties of the main shaft of a hydraulic turbine. On the basis of the constructional analysis, in which the plane isoparametric element is used, an optimum design by the complex method is carried out. The method proposed has been adopted in the design of a practical large hydraulic turbine and a 20 percent saving of material has been achieved.
