摘要
关于直线滚动导轨额定动载荷的计算,目前在国际ISO标准中尚无计算公式及有关标准.本文以滚动轴承 ISO281-1977国际标准为基准,运用 dundbergG和Palmgren A提出的最大动态切应力理论,结合直线滚动导轨的特点,推导了其额定动载荷的计算公式,并进行了数值计算.与国外的产品样本设定值进行的分析比较表明了本文理论计算的可靠性.
The definitions of life rating and dynamic load rating are presented based on standard ISO 281-1977 for roller bearings with the construction features of the linear rolling guide duly considered. By means of probability statistics, the formula for the calculation of dynamic load of the linear rolling guide under vertical load is derived using the maximum dynamic shear stress theory proposed by G.Lundberg and A.Palmgren. A modified formula is given to allow for the manufacture and operation conditions available. The reliability of the method is demonstrated by comparing the results obtained with the set values given in foreign catalogs.
