摘要
本文导出了适于用三维边界无法计算圆柱直、斜齿轮啮合时弹性变形的齿廓方程及接触线方程.提出了一种实用的啮合斜齿轮接触区域模型;根据此模型分析了接触区域上的面力分布规律·大中给出了计算实例.计算结果表明本文导出的公式及编制的计算程序是实用可行的.
The profile equations and contact line equations suitable for an analysis of 3-D elastostatic deformation are derived by the boundary element method (BEM). A practical contact region model for a cylindrical helical gear is proposed and used to investigate the traction distribution in the region. A numerical example is given.
