摘要 本文首次采用三维边界元法来计算圆柱直齿轮啮合时的三维本体温度场问题.大量的数值计算结果表明,采用边界元法来计算回柱在齿轮啮合时的三维本体温度场,具有数据准备量小、数值稳定性好、计算时间少等特点. The 3-D bulk temperature field distribution in cylindrical spur gears is computed by the three-dimensional boundary element method (3-D BEM). Computational results verified by experiment show that the highest temperature is at the addendum or dedendum of the driving gear, and the temperature at the pitch point is lowest. Computation by BEM requires less input data, shorter computing time and has better numerical stability.
