106例肾功不全病人的心电图分析

Analysis of ECG In 106 patients with Renal Failure

本文报告了106例肾功不全病人心电图,分析心电图改变的一般特点,指出肾功不全心电图异常发生率。结果表明,急性、慢性肾功不全比较无明显差异(P>0.05),慢性肾功不全伴高血压组明显高于非高血压组(P<0.05),慢性肾炎肾功不全与肾功正常组比较,有明显差异(P<0.05)。本文还讨论了心率失常的发生率,钾、钙代谢紊乱对心电图的影响及心电图对心包积液的诊断价值。

ECG of 106 patients with renal failure were reported to analyse the general characteristic of the electrocar diographic changes and to show the incid-ence of the abnormal ECG in patients with renal failure. In conclusion,in the electrocardiographic changes, there was no obvious differance between ARF and CRF(P>0.05), and much more common in the group of CRF complicated hypertens-ion than in the group of CRF(P<0.05) ,and obvious differance compared the group of CRF with the normal group (P<0.05) . This paper discussed the incidence of arrhythmia, influancing ECG in metabolic disorder of polassium and calcium, and diagnostic evaluation of ECG in pericardial effusion, too.
