刺激家兔坐骨神经对压力感受性反射的调整作用

The Co-ordination of pressosensitivity In Anesthetizing Rabbit's Ischiadicus Nervi

本工作观察到在麻醉家兔夹闭颈总动脉15S引起颈动脉窦压力感受性升压反应。以此作对照,在夹闭颈总动脉15S的同时以低频电脉冲刺激坐骨神经,升压反应减弱(尸<0.01)利激减压神经15S引起明显降压反应。以此作对照,再同时剌激减压神经和坐骨神经15S降压反应减弱(P<0.01)。结果表明:剌激家兔坐骨神经,对压力感受性反射具有调整作用。

Anesthetizing rabbit,the first step is to clip its neck artery for 15 Seconds so as to cause the sino-pressosensitivity. In contrast,using low frequency electric pulse to stimulate ischiadicus nervi,the reaction of pressure-boosting is weakened (p<0.01) .To stimulate depressor nervi for 15 seconds will obviously cause the reacton of pressure-depressing. For comparision,stimulating both deapressor nerviand ischiadicus nervi at the same time,the reaction of pressure-depressing is weakened(p<0.01) . As a result,to stimulate rabbit ischiadicus nervr can help coordinate pressosensitivity.
