胆囊隔膜的观测

OBSERVATION OF GALLBLADDER SEPTUM

对110例尸体的胆囊进行观测,其中7例在胆囊体内有横隔,横隔将胆囊体分为前大后小的二个明显腔,二腔通过隔膜上的一个孔相通,胆囊内末发现结石,胆囊外形正常。胆囊隔膜是一种先天性异常。

We observed 110 gallbladder of chinese cadavers.seven of them have tr ansverse septum in the gallbladder body, each gallbladder was divided into two distinct cavities by the transvese septum,the anterior was larger,the posterior was smaller.The two cavities communicated with each other through a perforation in the septum,there were no stone in the gallb -ladder body.The external appearance was normal.The septum gallbladder was a congenical anomaly,but sometimes it may cause the clinical symptom and dysfunction.
