本文报告了我科1983—1989年收治的40例急性感染性多发性神经炎。就其病因、临床表现分型、并发症、治疗及护理等方面进行了深入分析。其中对本病急性期、呼吸肌麻痹等并发症如何进行抢救、鞘内注药方法以及气管切开时机和呼吸机的使用指征等进行了重点讨论。
