EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS OF HYDROUS AlPO_4 GEL AT HIGH PRESSURES AND HIGH TEMPERATURES

摘要 AIPO<sub>4</sub> is similar to SiO<sub>2</sub>. It has the same modifications as SiO<sub>2</sub> at atmospheric pressure. Most of previous studies for AlPO<sub>4</sub> at high pressure and temperature were concentrated on the crystalline AIPO<sub>4</sub>. It is confirmed that the analogy between crystalline AIPO<sub>4</sub> and SiO<sub>2</sub> is restricted to a relatively low pressure and temperature range. There arises a question whether there are any similarities and differences between the non-crystalline AlPO<sub>4</sub> and SiO<sub>2</sub>. It is proved that AIPO<sub>4</sub> cannot form glasses like SiO<sub>2</sub> by melting. The objective
