摘要
Orthoclase is a kind of heterogeneous crystal in structure, which is constituted of domains with triclinic symmetry in the forms of submicroscopic twins or sub-X-ray twins. Although the average structure of orthodase given by X-my diffraction possesses C2/m symmetry, the true symmetry of domain itself is. Orthoclase is a metastable phase between sanidine and microcline, considering the ordering sequence of Al in the tetrahedral sites.
