摘要
Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION C. D. curves can be applied to determination of the configuration of sugar and glycosides. Our study reports the C.D. data of several substituted-C-phenyl glucopyranosides, synthesized by the previously described method. The crude product of Cglycosides was submitted to silica gel column chromatography or preparative thin layer chromatography to separate the anomers, whose configuration was determined by ~1HNMR.
