摘要
本文采用银染核仁形成区(Ag-NORs)的技术。分析了正常蒙古族、汉族人群淋巴细胞染色体上核仁形成区(NORs)与NOR的结构性变异-双核仁形成区(dNOR)的数目、特点.发现蒙古族青年Ag-NORs数目明显高于汉族青年,两族间差并非常明显.比较两族青年的双核仁形成区,dNOR的阳性分布在种族之间有极显著性差异.
The nucleolus organizer regions (NORs) of acrocentric chromosomes in 30 normal Mongolian and 30 normal Hans were examined by Ag-staining technique.The average number of Ag-positive NORs per individual of Mongolian is 6.648/cell and that is 5.995/cell in Hans.These results indicated that transcriptional activity of rRNA gene of Mongolian was significantly higher than that of Hans.The incidence of double NOR carrier in Mongolian is 16.6% and that is 3.3% in Hans.There is significant difference between them.It is suggested that dNOR is a chromosomal variant in normal conditions and it could be a charater in the expression of dNOR.
