苏木素-碱性复红-苦味酸染色法对诊断早期心肌缺血的意义

摘要 本文应用苏木素-碱性复红-苦味酸染色法(HBFP)对家兔实验性心肌缺血的早期改变及急死案倒的尸检材料进行了研究,实验性心肌缺血材料均作电镜观察,以保证取材准确,HBFP染色法可以显示缺血15min的心肌病变,不受常规组织学处理及死后自溶的影响,可用于临床病理及法医病理的诊断. Experimental myocardial ischemia in the rabbit and human postmortem myocardium specimens were studied with the hematoxylin-basic fuchsin-picric acid (HBFP) method. In specimens of experimental myocardial ischemia electron microscopy was used to monitor normal and ischemic myocardium. The results showed that ischemic areas could be clearly differentiated from non-ischemic ones as early as 15 min after the ligation of the coronary artery with HBFP method. The results were not affected by postmortem autolysis and routine histologic treatment. It is believed that the method could be used as a routine test of early myocardial ischemia in clinic and forensic pathology.
