猪源转移因子防治鸡传染性喉气管炎和鼻炎的研究

RESEACH ON THE RESISTANCE TO THROAT TRACH CITIS AND RHINITIS OF CHICKENS USING PIG-ORIGIN TRANSLATING FACTOR

本文报导了取正常猪脾脏用冻融—透析法制备转移因子(TF)的操作方法。通过系列试验TF含有15种氨基酸,蛋白反应阴性,无热源无抗原性,可通过半透膜,是一种多肽和单核苷酸物质。TF能激发和增强机体细胞免疫功能。自制了数批TF,对鸡传染性喉气管炎、传染鼻炎进行了治疗试验,1988～1989年在河南省五个鸡场共治疗12,720只病鸡,治愈率为85％以上。在常发此病的疫场预防了2,900只鸡,结果表明肌内注射较饮水预防效果好。TF原料来源广,成本低,制备简单,安全有效,是一种很有前途的生物制剂。

A method of using freezing-thawing-dialysing of normal pig spleen to Prepare Tranfer factors ( TF ) was gtadied.A Series of tests showed that TF is a Polypept ide and single-nucleot ide which cont a ined 15 kinds of Aa,negative protein reaction,no neat-resourse materials andant igen ic ity,Can pass through hem i-thoroughly membrqnce,stimulate and strenthen immunity functions of body-cells,we used the TF prepared by ourselve to treat 12720 sicle-chickens that suffered from infective throat-troche it is or rhinitis on 5 farms fron 1988 to 1989 in Henan,the Cure rate was over 80% kesults showed that muscular injection was better than drinking of TF to prevent 2900 chickens from the disease on several farms where sometimes suffered fromthese germs
