摘要
NV—1人工钠土是地矿部“七五”期间推广应用一项科技成果。NV—1人工钠土具有水化速度快、造浆率高、失水量低、良好的胶体性能,在现场使用时,可直接加水配成泥浆,操作简便,节约原材料,降低成本等优点。桂西某金矿床地层岩石破碎,用本地粘土配浆钻进时超径严重,引用NV—1人工钠泥浆,提高钻进效率,延长钻头寿命,降低孔内事故和泥浆费用。实践证明,该泥浆为金刚石钻探用的优质泥浆,值得推广应用。
The NV-1 manual sodium soil is an item of scientific and technical result which is popularized and applied by the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources during the Seventh Five-Year Program. This soil possesses the advantage of high dissolved speed in water, high mudmaking rate, low water loss capacity, excellent colloid property, simple operation in the course of making up mud directly with water on-the-spot use, economization in raw material, reduction of costs, and so on. The overdiameter is serious when broken strata rocks in a certain gold deposit in western Guangxi were drilled with mud from local clay, but with the NV-1 manual sodium mud, the drilling efficiency is raised, the bit life is prolonged, the accident inside drill hole and the mud expenses are also reduced. It has been proved by practice that this mud is the high-quality mud for diamond drilling and is worth popularizing and utilizing.
