The Analysis of the conjugate cam profile in beatng up mechanism for the SAURER-400 rapierloom and ISHIKAWA-725 rapierloom

本文根据 SAURER—400刚性剑杆织机和石川725柔性剑杆织机打纬共轭凸轮的测绘数据,计算了共轭凸轮理论廓线,筘座的运动规律及从动件的压力角。通过对以上计算结果的分析与曲线拟合,给出了与测绘结果较为一致的筘座理论运动规律。

This paper computes the conjugate cam profile and discusses the curves of the sley motion and the pressure angle of the follower according to the measuration of the beating up mechanism for the SAURER-400 rapier loom and ISHIKA WA-725 rapier loom.By means of analysis to the calculating result and mathematical approximation,it solves the sley motion having been designed origina- lly,which fits to the calculation.
