本文利用正交设计,测试了稳定区张力随工艺参数变化的规律,发现其变化规律同变形丝稳定性随工艺参数变化的规律一样。并且运用极差分析法,确定了影响稳定区张力的工艺参数的重要次序。这为在工业生产上快速检测变形丝稳定性及时调整工艺参数提供了依据。

the tension law was tested when the technplagical parameters cha- nge with the help of crass combimation desigh,and shows this law the stable property of the texturing filameut under changing the technolog- ical parameters.We use limiting difference parsing method to determi- ne the order of the technological parameters influercing the tension in stable area.It pvovieles the foundation to examine the stability of the texturing filament and adjust the technological parameters.
