摘要
采用新型络合催化剂,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)的合成和结晶行为进行了研究。实验表明,新型络合催化剂对酯交换反应有明显影响,并能显著加快缩聚反应速度。采用新型络合催化剂所得 PET 的结晶速度小于用 Sb_2O_3合成的 PET 的结晶速度。对结晶速度和结晶机理进行了分析探讨。
The synthesis and the crystallization of poly(ethylene tere- phthalate)(PET)with the novel coordination complex catalysts were investigated.The results show that the novel coordination complex catalysts influence evidently the esterification or transest- erification reaction and speed up markedly the polyconeensation reaction.The rate of crystallization of PET synthesized by using the novel coordination complex catalysts is much slower than that Sb_2O_3 catalyst.The crystallization mechanism and the factors of effect on the crystallization rate were discussed.
